    Hey, When trying to index video in France (or other languages besides English), when the language property is set to ‘auto’ (auto detect), the detected language is always English.Is it a known problem? Is there any way to make it work? Thank you!

  • How do i upload a video from a local system in Python.

    I encountered the same problem of uploading video files from local file by python. How do i upload a video from a local system in Python please? I have been able to get the API to upload from a a URL but i cant seem to get it to upload from a local drive. Might i be missing a parameter? Anybody can help me? Thanks in advance.

    Documentation mentions 'customer trained person' [https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/video-indexer/video-indexer-output-json-v2#faces] but I can not find this functionality within the API documentation.

  • Stuck in infinite load with embed player in IOS WKWebview

    Hello, I'm trying to display an embed video inside a WKWebview on an IOS device with the following code in my iframe: src="https://www.videoindexer.ai/embed/player/{id}" width="100%" height="100%" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" webkitallowfullscreen="true" mozallowfullscreen="true" The iframe loads and then the VideoIndexer loader appears but never ends. I tried testing this iframe everywhere else and it is working fine on navigators like chrome, even on mobile safari but it keeps loading indefinitely on webviews. Do you know if there's some specific configuration needed for it to work in webviews? Thanks Iemsal.

  • Not able to connect to Azure Account

    Hi, I have created an VI account (trial) - "ee0eb7ba-6bbf-4411-9b56-ded6ec7fe252", Outlook Id - avijit.samanta3@outlook.com in VI portal. Also I have a valid, Azure "Pay As you Go" subscription with same outlook id. But, every time I am trying to access Azure account, I am getting error as, "No subscriptions was found. Please connect your AAD to your subscription". Detail error screenshot attached. I am not sure what is the issue

  • Re-Index Video with languageModelId (adaptation text) does not work

    Using PUT Re-Index Video with languageModelId (https://api-portal.videoindexer.ai/docs/services/operations/operations/Re-index-video?) does not work. The video becomes reindexed but not with the trained language model. I ran both via API and manually (via https://www.videoindexer.ai/) and compared the differences.

  • Player Widget not working for audio-only uploads

    Hi, I have uploaded a number of audio-only .m4a files over the last couple of months, both via the APIs, and via the Video Indexer portal. For all of my most recent uploads, I am finding that the files are apparently processed correctly, and I can view the insights widgets for the videos fine, but the player widget is failing to load. The player widget shows the 'expanding green circle' loading icon, but never loads. The full transcript, sentiment timeline, and keywords of the audio are all available via the Insights widget though. Any thoughts?

  • Server can not resolve Address: https://api.videoindexer.ai/

    Hello: I am using Video Indexer for a few days and today I noticed that when my callback function tries to connect https://api.videoindexer.ai/, it shows The_server_name_or_address_could_not_be_resolved. The server sends the video, it processes and after finish, you send the callback. I receive this information and connect to your server to get more informations. But when I try to get the token (https://api.videoindexer.ai/westus2/Accounts/8d71bf79-ffc5-4851-a94a-12ad276cc71e/Videos/8a766b78e3/Index?language=pt-BR for example), it's not reachable. Any server issues from your side? It's not ALL time, but I guess 60% of all callbacks fromn today. Thanks Lee
