    I am trying to get my access token from the API but I get a 500 status response after ~45 seconds delay (seems to take abnormally long for the response to come, although I don't know what's normal). I took my account id from my account settings page on and took the subscription key from a storage account I own on

  • Operation API: CORS

    How do we enable cors for our accounts? Is it possible to upload files directly from Javascript? Access to XMLHttpRequest at '{accountId}/Videos?name={videoName}&accessToken={token}&privacy=Private&callbackUrl={callbackUrl}&sendSuccessEmail=false' from origin 'http://localhost:8080' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

    Why does the video not playback on the rendered file emailed to me? Insights are great! Can you access my file via the link to check? I am a journalism leturer at Hong Kong Baptist University. I seem to be able to sign in with my university email. Does that mean my students too can have free access? I will also check with oir IT office. Butplease help with playback speed fact it does not play back at all

    I'm currently building an search engine and one of the things that i am doing is the capacibility of filtering results by topic. How do i get the list of all topics available on the Video Indexer ? I need them to categorize my media.

  • Topics available only in english language

    I uploaded a video and configured the source language as pt-BR and noticed that the topics is coming only in english and it would be really wonderfull if it's coming in the same language that i have specified in the configuration.

  • Timeline changes are not saved

    Hi, in AMS VideoIndexer in the timeline the text is edited and loading info is no longer displayed so it should be saved, when I then close the EditMode the edited text is gone and the original text is there again. If I don't end the EditMOde directly but first switch to the tab Insights and then back to TimeLine and then end the EditMode the text will be saved. Also when editing many rows and there is an issue that when one row save is finish it reset the editing from my current row that is not yet saved. location is northeurope, account id is d94adfac-1845-4c5d-88ed-44c8b3154c3e thx
