Error indexing video

We have regularly indexing errors with our paid account. It also can't be fixed by using 10 S3 media reserved units. Can you help to fix this. See attached sreenshot.

    Thank you, after diangnosis we've found there is a bug in case we can't extract insights from the video in the English language. We'll start working on a fix and keep you posted.

    Hello again, glad to say we've prepared a fix, and within next few days Video Indexer should be updated with the fix. Could we contact you and ask you to re-index the failed videos and let us know the results?
