Cannot create new account

When I try to create a new account, I get the message: 'There was a problem creating your Video Indexer account. Please try again later.'. I have tried creating the account manually as well.

    Thanks for the additional information. After an investigation, in order to create a paid account, you should pre-condition stated as described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/media-services/video-indexer/connect-to-azure#prerequisites. Another option is to try to create a paid account using the manual flow (which requires fewer permissions): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/media-services/video-indexer/connect-to-azure#connect-to-azure-manually-advanced-option Please let us know if the issue sorts out.
