Indexer returns "Breakdown_not_found" errortype

Hello, as suggested in the microsoft documentation were polling the result from the videoindexer via the api call. sadly since around 2 weeks i noticed that for most of our videos the videoindexer returns the error: {'ErrorType':'BREAKDOWN_NOT_FOUND','Message':'Base video 'xxxx' cannot be found.'}, this is happening on our new deployments and also on older deployments that didnt have this issue in the past. So far i was unable to find any systematic issue for why this is happening, i hope you could give me some insight on the issue. Thansk in advance, Alex

edit: this issue happens mostly around 90% of the indexing (as seen on the website), also once the video finished indexing i can request the index without any problem

Hi! There's any update on this? I have the same issue, mostly with .mov files.

I am also experiencing this (with a trial subscription). An update here on status of the fix mentioned above would be helpful...

Hi, thanks for reaching out to us! The fix for the original issue was deployed almost a month ago, so I don't think it's the same issue. Can you please open a new issue and describe what you experience? Please make sure to include account region, account id, video name uploaded, and the x-ms-request-id response header from your Upload Video request(s) and any other API call you make. That header enables us to pinpoint the logs for your specific request and troubleshoot it much faster than without it. Thanks!
