All API uploads fail: There was a problem indexing this video Please delete or re-index this media

We are using the Operations API (this was not selectable above, by the way) to upload videos to the indexer. This was successful through Friday morning, when we began seeing requests come back with the state set to "Failed". We have tried two paid accounts and a trial account, all have the same result. An example video id is: 0bf97d1a61

Hi, Thanks for reaching out! we have investigated the issue using the video id you provided, it seems like there request was invalid. How are you making the requests? When you use the portal to upload a video do you fail as well?

After deeper investigaion it seems you are using wrong url{account-id}/Videos please use APIM to make the call : inside you could see the proper url request that is issued (i.e.{location}/Accounts/{accountId}/Videos?name={name}[&privacy][&priority][&description][&partition][&externalId][&externalUrl][&callbackUrl][&metadata][&language][&videoUrl][&fileName][&indexingPreset][&streamingPreset][&linguisticModelId][&personModelId][&animationModelId][&sendSuccessEmail][&assetId][&brandsCategories][&accessToken])

"" is not the URL we are using. We are using the node.js module Axios to make the call, using url: "{account guid}/videos". Uploads from the portal work fine. I noticed that the portal uses "videoURL" when it uploads a file, so I modified my code to upload to blob storage first, then index. This works. So the error only occurs when uploading a local file directly.

Thank you for the assistance - we have tracked down the issue to a node module that was corrupting the file when uploaded directly.
