VideoIndexer.ai is behaving inconsistently.

Two things: #1 the videoindexer.ai webpage page is broken. Last week it was showing my results just fine, but this week I can't see the results of any of my videoes. I see this CORS error in Chrome developer tools: /embed/insights/f45dc546-6439-43e2-a761-2c0d0ea8d928/52b038c026?locale=en&accessToken=eyJhbGciOiJodHRwOi8vd3d3LnczLm9yZy8yMDAxLzA0L3htbGRzaWctbW9yZSNobWFjLXNoYTI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJBY2NvdW50SWQiOiJmNDVkYzU0Ni02NDM5LTQzZTItYTc2MS0yYzBkMGVhOGQ5MjgiLCJBbGxvd0VkaXQiOiJUcnVlIiwiRXh0ZXJuYWxVc2VySWQiOiIxMDM2Mjg1NTY5NjA1MDY1NzUxOTQiLCJVc2VyVHlwZSI6Ikdvb2dsZSIsIklzc3VlckxvY2F0aW9uIjoiVHJpYWwiLCJuYmYiOjE1OTIwNjQ4MjcsImV4cCI6MTU5MjA2ODcyNywiaXNzIjoiaHR0cHM6Ly9hcGkudmlkZW9pbmRleGVyLmFpLyIsImF1ZCI6Imh0dHBzOi8vYXBpLnZpZGVvaW5kZXhlci5haS8ifQ.1ysvhf9Z2XTRZEphld9eeMRTwVn6TbAlHX5TNjORLic:1 Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://endpoint-vi-fe-svc-storage-glb-prod-cdn.azureedge.net/spa/5.8.29.060920.0001/assets/i18n/en.json' from origin 'https://www.videoindexer.ai' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. #2, the VideoIndexer api ArtifactUrl endpoint behaves inconsistently. Last week, it was giving me the emotion.json files just fine. But this week, nada. I'm currently evaluating this service for my company, and we want to deploy this on a large scale, and share insights via the videoindexer.ai page with multiple clients, but these lapses in service are troubling. Is this related to my trial account? Do I need a full paid account? Please advise.

Hi and thank you for your interest in Video Indexer! Regarding issue #1, I see that you are using an embedded insights iframe. Did you add a new extension to your browser? Please try refresh the page and check if the issue repeats itself. You can also try clearing the browser cache or viewing the page using incognito mode. As for #2, emotion detection can come in 3 different result types: -When a range of any supported emotion (fear, joy, sad etc...) is detected, the ArtifactUrl endpoint (combined with type=Emotions param) will return the emotions.json file. -In some videos, only positive or negative sentiments are detected. In this case the emotions.json will contain an empty array, but you can find the sentiment information and time ranges in the main video insights json by calling Get Video Index. -For videos in which no emotions or sentiments have been detected, the ArtifactUrl endpoint will return HTTP 404.

Hi, thank you that's very helpful. Regarding the Issue #1, the VideoIndexer.ai page is working now. But, no, I'm not using the embedded insights iframe. I'm just going to https://videoindexer.ai page in Chrome. I will file another ticket if this issue re-appears. On Issue #2: I'm looking that the Video Index, and it's as you say. It reports positive and negative, and the Emotions is json is just an empty array.
