Here are a few things you can try: - Make sure you’re signed in with an Azure Active Directory user with the required permissions. - Try connecting again with your browser in private or incognito mode. - Try connecting manually If the problem continues, contact Video Indexer Support. I have logged out/in please advise



    Hi, This issue has now been fixed. Please try accessing the account specified in the image again. You should also be able to create new accounts. Thanks
